You just got hit. The airbag dust is still floating around the cabin. Your neck hurts. And you have no idea what to do next.
Here is what you need. Someone who answers the phone right now. Someone who shows up today, not next week. Someone who does not make you wait months for a check after they win.
Billboards and radio jingles do not answer phones at midnight. Speed does. Which Boston car accident lawyer actually moves fast when you need them?
Here is what we found.
1. Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers
You call at midnight. Someone picks up. That is the first test.
Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers built their whole operation around being available. Not during business hours. All the time. Midnight. Saturday afternoon. Thanksgiving. Someone answers.
Why they are fast
They have a Director of Client Settlements named Cristopher Collins. His only job? Chase insurance checks after cases close. Most firms make you wait weeks or months after a settlement. Collins pulls that money out of the insurance company faster.
They also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Most firms lock you in the second you sign. Not here. In the first month, if you are unhappy, you walk away owing nothing. That kind of confidence means they push harder and faster from day one.
What they have won
Check their verdicts page. A motorcycle crash delivered $2.5 million to the rider. That case did not drag out for years. They moved. Another car accident closed at $700,000. A pedestrian hit by a vehicle walked away with $675,000.
Where to find them
65A Atlantic Ave, Boston. Ten more offices across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. Plus they speak Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Cantonese.
The bottom line
If you want a car accident lawyer in Boston who picks up the phone at 2 AM and has a dedicated person chasing your check afterward, start here.
2. Rob Levine Law
Some firms take three days to call you back. Rob Levine Law takes three hours. Maybe less.
Rob Levine has a nickname you will see everywhere. Ignore that for a second. Look at what they actually do instead.
Why they are fast
Once the insurance company issues a check, Rob Levine gets you your money within two weeks. Not two months. Fourteen days. They put that timeline in writing on their website.
They also cover all upfront costs. Most firms make you wait for reimbursement. Rob Levine pays everything out of pocket first. Medical records. Expert witnesses. Filing fees. You never write a check.
And they have helped over 50,000 clients. That many cases means they have systems. Paperwork does not sit on a desk waiting for a signature. It moves.
What they have won
A rear-end collision in Middleborough. Their client had a severe concussion, months of headaches, and missed work. Rob Levine secured $100,000.
Another client got hit on Swift’s Beach Road in Wareham. Neck, back, and shoulder injuries. $18,000.
Where to find them
100 Hano St #16, Boston. Also offices in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.
The bottom line
For Boston car accident attorneys who guarantee your money within two weeks of the insurance check arriving, this one moves faster than almost anyone.
3. Santoro & Gray
Most firms avoid rideshare accidents. Too complicated. Too many insurance policies. Too many headaches.
Santoro & Gray does the opposite. They run toward those cases.
Why they are fast
They are litigators. That means every file gets built as if it is going to trial tomorrow. Insurance companies know this. So they offer more money earlier. Faster settlements. Less waiting.
They also won the state’s first fully remote civil jury trial. During COVID, when courts were shut down, they figured out how to win without ever stepping into a courtroom. That kind of problem-solving speed matters when your case is stuck in neutral.
What they have won
A commercial truck hit a driver in downtown Boston. The victim now has tetraplegia and has lived in rehabilitation facilities for over three years. Santoro & Gray secured $7.25 million.
A rideshare driver drove recklessly and hit a pedestrian. Before a lawsuit ever got filed, the firm negotiated a multi-million dollar settlement.
Where to find them
131 Dartmouth Street, 3rd Floor, Boston. They also travel to clients who cannot make it to the office.
The bottom line
If you need a Boston car accident attorney who handles Uber, Lyft, Amazon, FedEx, and UPS cases faster than firms that avoid them, call these people.
4. DiBella Law Office
Twenty years of experience. But that is not what makes them fast.
Their mobile app is what makes them fast.
Why they are fast
You get in an accident. You download their app. You take photos of the damage. You upload your medical bills. You message your legal team. You track your settlement.
You get in an accident. You download their app. You take photos of the damage. You upload your medical bills. You message your legal team. You track your settlement. Everything lives in the app. Phone tag disappears. Files do not get lost. Someone always calls you back.
One client wrote a review saying the firm answered every question quickly. Another client switched from a different lawyer because DiBella actually returned calls. The specific words: “quick response times to all my questions.”
What they have won
A woman crossing the street got hit and dragged by a car. Multiple fractures. Bleeding. DiBella secured $2.1 million.
A client was sitting at a full stop when another vehicle struck them. $135,000.
A rear-end crash caused a detached retina. $20,000.
Where to find them
Boston office. Address available when you call (617) 870-0907.
The bottom line
Anyone searching for a car accident attorney Boston who combines a mobile app with two decades of experience should put DiBella on the short list. The app alone cuts weeks off the process. That kind of technology separates serious Boston Massachusetts car accident lawyers from firms still using fax machines and voicemail tags.
5. Sweeney Merrigan Law
Three generations of the same family. That sounds old school. But they move like a startup.
Why they are fast
Client reviews are the best evidence here. One person said Alexa Baker answered questions “no matter what time of the day it was.” Another said Tucker Merrigan was “very prompt in returning emails and phone calls.” A third client noted the firm responded within 24 hours.
They also focus exclusively on catastrophic injuries. Minor cases get referred out. That means every case they keep gets full attention. No low-priority files sitting on a back burner.
What they have won
A driver was standing outside their parked car on the side of the road. A commercial vehicle hit and killed them. Sweeney Merrigan filed suit eight months later. The case resolved for $10 million.
Another motor vehicle accident delivered $16.9 million to the victim.
A crash causing traumatic brain injury closed at $9.5 million.
Where to find them
268 Summer Street, LL, Boston.
The bottom line
For a car accident lawyer Boston who treats catastrophic crashes with the speed and seriousness they deserve, this firm has the verdicts to prove it. The $10 million wrongful death settlement shows they do not drag their feet when a family is suffering.
How These Five Compare on Speed
Michael Kelly picks up at midnight and has a person dedicated to chasing your check.
Rob Levine guarantees your money within two weeks of the insurance payout.
Santoro & Gray settles rideshare cases faster because insurance companies fear their trial record.
DiBella cuts phone tag with a mobile app that tracks everything.
Sweeney Merrigan answers emails and calls within 24 hours, even at odd times.
No single firm is the fastest at everything. But each one is the fastest at something that matters.
What You Should Do Right Now
The adjuster will call tomorrow. Probably in the morning. They will sound friendly. They will say they just want to understand what happened.
Do not give a recorded statement. Not one sentence. Not even to “clarify something.”
Instead, call one of these five firms. Give them the accident details. Let them send a letter of representation to the insurance company. Then stop talking to the adjuster entirely.
That one move saves more cases than any legal strategy.
Final Thoughts
You do not need the biggest firm. You do not need the one with the most billboards. You need the one that answers the phone when you call at 10 PM. The one that returns emails before you wake up. The one that gets you a check while you are still recovering.
Michael Kelly picks up at midnight.
Rob Levine pays within two weeks of the insurance check.
Santoro & Gray settles rideshare cases faster than anyone.
DiBella has an app that kills phone tag.
Sweeney Merrigan responds within 24 hours.
Pick the speed that matches your situation. Then call before the adjuster talks you into saying something you cannot take back.
Do not sign anything. Do not cash any checks. Do not agree to anything over the phone. Tell them to talk to your lawyer. Then call one of these five firms.
